Return Policy - HOLIDAY SEASON PURCHASES (11/24/23-12/31/23)
We hope you enjoy your purchase. If not, we gladly accept returns and exchanges as long as they are returned by January 10, 2024 in new, unused and undamaged condition. All tags must be attached. Shirts must be returned with both collars.
If the above conditions are met, please send the Marigold Team an email HERE to request a RETURN AUTHORIZATION. Unfortunately, we can not offer you a refund or exchange if the above conditions are not met.
Once your return / exchange is received, the Marigold team will inspect the merchandise and determine if it meets the requirements outlined above. A notification email will be sent with the determination.
Refunds will be issued and exchanged items will be sent only after the returned goods have been received and have passed our quality control check.
We do not refund shipping and handling charges.
If approved, your refund will be processed and your credit card or other payment method will be issued a credit within 10 business days.
