*Any order placed after 2pm eastern standard time will be shipped the next business day. Expedited and overnight shipments are not guaranteed to rural areas.
Please note we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
Taxes will be included in your order however, no additional duties will be applied to your order upon checkout. Please refer to your country's local customs authority website for the latest updates on Value Added Tax (VAT) rates, customs tariffs and other fees. Marigold Riding Apparel holds no responsibility for fees that are subjected by international authorities.
We do not refund shipping and handling charges.
RETURN POLICY
We hope you enjoy your purchase. If not, we gladly accept returns and exchanges as long as they are returned within 10 days of receipt in new, unused and undamaged condition. All tags must be attached. Shirts must be returned with both collars and packaging.
If the above conditions are met, please send the Marigold Team an email HERE to request a RETURN AUTHORIZATION. Unfortunately, we can not offer you a refund or exchange if the above conditions are not met.
Once your return / exchange is received, the Marigold team will inspect the merchandise and determine if it meets the requirements outlined above. A notification email will be sent with the determination.
Refunds will be issued and exchanged items will be sent only after the returned goods have been received and have passed our quality control check.
We do not refund shipping and handling charges.
If approved, your refund will be processed and your credit card or other payment method will be issued a credit within 10 business days.
